Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AdBuild. By creating a workspace or connecting a Meta account you agree to them.

1. The service

AdBuild is a creative workspace that helps you assemble ad creatives and copy, upload assets, and create paused campaigns in a Meta ad account you control. AdBuild is not affiliated with Meta. Your use of Meta products is governed by your own agreement with Meta.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for making sure you have permission to use every ad account, Page, and asset you connect or upload.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the images and copy you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you request. You are responsible for the rights to that content.

5. Meta integration

When you connect Meta, you authorise us to read the ad accounts and Pages you select and to create paused campaigns on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting in the builder or in Facebook Business Integrations. Meta may change its APIs, review requirements, or availability; we are not responsible for those changes.

6. Availability and changes

AdBuild is an early-stage product provided on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBuild is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost ad spend, or decisions made from drafts created in the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using AdBuild at any time and request deletion under our Data deletion policy. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or creates a security or legal risk.

9. Contact
