Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your AdBuild account, workspace, creatives, and Meta authorisation data at any time.

Delete from inside AdBuild

Sign in, open the workspace menu, and choose Disconnect Meta to revoke and delete the stored Meta tokens immediately. To delete the whole workspace, email us using the address below.

Delete by email

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “AdBuild data deletion request”.
  2. Include the email address you signed up with, and your workspace name if you know it. If you connected Meta, include your Meta user ID (or the ad account ID shown in the builder). Do not send your password or access token.
  3. We will confirm the request and delete the workspace, its creatives, uploaded files, Meta tokens, sessions, and membership records. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days, and will tell you when it is done.
What is removed: account and workspace rows, uploaded images, generated campaign records, encrypted Meta tokens, sessions, and audit entries tied to your user. What may remain: minimal security logs that do not identify you, and records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Revoke Meta access yourself

You can also remove AdBuild from your Facebook account without contacting us: open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Security and login → Business Integrations, select AdBuild, and choose Remove. That revokes our access token; email us to delete the copy already stored in our database.
